| Tables with less than 4 players should alert
the host and hold the deal until additional players arrive. |

| Players to the right of the
dealer may be asked to move when necessary to allow play at another table. |

| Tables that receive 3 or more new players prior to the next deal must re-establish dealer. | |||||
| Players may not join a table
as the dealer or the small blind. Players may join as the big blind if desired, or they can opt to sit out until the deal passes. |
